ANTARCTIC SMOKED SALMON BAGEL

INGREDIENTS

ArkA Smoked Atlantic Salmon Traditional 4oz   

2 poppyseed bagels 

2 tsp. Capers 

¼ onion thinly sliced in small rings 

¼ cup of cream cheese 

Dill  

¼ cucumber 

½ orange bell pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast the bagel until lightly browned. Slice bagel in two halves. 

  2. Spread cream cheese on both sides of the bagel.   

  3. Slice orange bell pepper and onion into thin small rings. Place bell pepper pieces over the cream cheese and add smoked salmon on top.  

  4. Add onions, capers and dill over the smoked salmon. Serve and enjoy.
