TURMERIC LEMON SMOKED SALMON LINGUINE

INGREDIENTS
ArkA Smoked Atlantic Salmon Loin Premium Cut 6oz
1 box of linguine pasta
1 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 ¾ cup of spinach
1/3 cup of cream cheese
1/2 lemon (juice and zest)
2 tsp. of turmeric
Pepper (to taste)
Small handful basil, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic clove. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and cook garlic for 1-2 mins until softened. Add the spinach and continue to cook until just wilted.
Stir in the cream cheese, lemon zest juice, turmeric and black pepper.
Drain the pasta and add to the mixture in the large saucepan. Toss with basil until sauce is evenly distributed. If the consistency of the sauce is too thick, add a little of the hot water you used to boil the pasta to thin it out a little.
Plate the pasta and top with the smoked salmon. Season with turmeric to taste. Serve and enjoy.
